Here is this week's check- out form.  We have a busy week ahead.   Our potluck luncheon will be held in the media center on Wednesday 11/7.  On Thursday and Friday (11/8-9), Jen Jones will be returning.  Please limit the number of students that you send to the media center at one time on these days.

Google Tip of the Week:  Here are five ways to effectively use Google Classroom in your classroom. 

1.  Post an announcement for students, or students and parents.

2.  Design more mobile learning experiences for your students. 

3.  Have students chat their own growth over time using Google Sheets. 

4.  Share due dates with mentors outside the classroom with a public calendar. 

5. Email students individually, or as groups.  Better yet, watch as they communicate with one another.  For more ideas visit

* Log in (top right hand corner)

* Click on your name in the top right hand corner

* Then click EDIT USER > USER PROFILE

* Fill in Job Title and Self-Description. The self-description is your Bio that will show up on the Staff Directory page.

* Then click UPDATE USER at the bottom of the page.

* Click on USER PHOTO > CHOOSE FILE

* Select the picture/image you want to use. You may have to adjust the size depending on the picture you chose.

* Click UPLOAD

* You should now be able to view your picture and bio/self-description info on the Staff Directory page.
