Week of 4/22: Important Deadlines approaching

The end of the year is approaching.  As you plan ahead, please keep the following in mind:

• May 1st- last day for student check out
• May 3rd- all student & teacher checked out materials due
• May 29th- teacher laptops will be collected
• Each laptop will remain assigned to the classroom in which they are located.  If you move grades/classrooms next year, you will receive the laptop assigned to your new room.  Please start uploading documents and/or images that you want to keep to your google drive or a flash drive.  

A detailed schedule will be sent closer to each teacher due date.

• There will be no more lunch bunch meetings.  We met for the last time this week.  The students who attended were made aware of this. 
• PLEASE do not leave broken technology equipment in your rooms or on the carts without putting in a help desk ticket.  While going through the carts, we noticed a laptop with a missing part.   We have warranties with DELL and like to take care of issues ASAP in order to prevent waiting until after warranties expire and etc.
• Also, please use the help desk ticket icon on your computer versus emailing Anthony with your technology needs.  You can run the issue by me first.  If it's something I can fix, I will try to troubleshoot before suggesting a help desk ticket.
