If you sign up for makerspace, please indicate the standard and/or topic that you would like me to cover in the same box with your name.  Try to sign up two days in advance for makerspace.  Thanks!

Teachers remember Renaissance and MyOn are linked to Infinite Campus.  Therefore, new students will automatically be added once they're in IC.  It may take up to 24  hours. 

Ilearn is the only program that we have to add the students in ourselves.  Thanks! 

            

• Our spring Book Fair is coming soon😁.   Previews will take place on January 31st.  The sign up sheet will be available next week.   The book fair will take place February 3-8.  
• Please send pictures to my email address.  I will add them to the yearbook drive folder created by Ms. Birr... thank you Ms. Birr!
• Please do not send students to the media center without a pass.  Pass this along to any sub on your team.  
• Two computer carts are now housed in Mrs. Hall's office and two are in the media center.     The check out process is the same.

 Teachers, please finish your websites.   If you do not want to add a picture of yourself, please use some type of animation.   If you need assistance, let me know.  I will introduce part 2 of website completion at an upcoming next faculty meeting.

* Log in (top right hand corner)

* Click on your name in the top right hand corner

* Then click EDIT USER > USER PROFILE

* Fill in Job Title and Self-Description. The self-description is your Bio that will show up on the Staff Directory page.

* Then click UPDATE USER at the bottom of the page.

* Click on USER PHOTO > CHOOSE FILE

* Select the picture/image you want to use. You may have to adjust the size depending on the picture you chose.

* Click UPLOAD

* You should now be able to view your picture and bio/self-description info on the Staff Directory page.
