Check-Out Information
Due to hearning/vision screening, the media center will be closed Monday morning.   Please do not send any students to the media center during this time.   Also, there will be no storytime/makerspace next week.  This is because I will be assisting with Dibles testing.   Here is the link to next week's Sign-up Form.   I am unable to sign up for you.  If you prefer a certain day and/or time, please sign up as soon as you can.   If you're having trouble with the link, let me know.  Sometimes I forget to enable editing, sorry!

When signing up to visit the media center, be sure to highlight if you want to stay for story time and/or makerspace.  If not, your class will not be able to participate.

Google Tip of the Week:  Technology is now part of everyday life in the classroom, and teachers continue to look for ways to leverage tech to make work easier and more effective. They often ask: How can my students and I work smarter and not harder? One simple answer is Google Forms.

From assessments and sign-up sheets to lesson plans and data collection, Google Forms is widely considered the most versatile of all the apps within the Google Apps for Education Suite. This powerful tool can be used to collect, analyze, and organize information in many ways. However, if you thought Google Forms was just for surveys and data collection, think again! Google Forms offers a myriad of ways to not only simplify administrative tasks, but to also give teachers new outlets for connecting with students and parents.  You can access Google Forms via your "waffle."
